Rental rates start at\u00a0around $30 per night depending upon the location, popularity and available amenities. \u00a0&#8220;Amenities&#8221; might include things like the availability of drinking water.<\/p>\n<p>One, the American Ridge\u00a0Lodge 38 miles west of Naches, Washington, can handle up to 60 people and only costs $100 per day (bring your own water). \u00a0It&#8217;s at the end of the road adjacent to the\u00a0William O.
