Rock the Park

Rock the Park is a show on the CW Channel about the National Parks.  Each 20-minute episode features hosts Jack Steward and Colton Smith as they get out and explore part of a National Park in the U.S.  You can find a station in your area that carries the show at the producer’s channel finder page.  You can also find the show online at Hulu.

As I write this, the show is in it’s first season and broadcasting its 17th episode.  So far your hosts have visited the following parks:

• Katmai
• Glacier Bay
• North Cascades
• Olympic
• Voyageurs
• Glacier
• Shenandoah
• Mammoth Cave
• Zion
• Bryce Canyon
• Yellowstone
• Sequoia
• Death Valley
• Joshua Tree

Sometimes it takes more than one episode to cover their adventures in a particular National Park.

If you need inspiration to get out and explore a National Park, this series will provide it.  If you can’t get out for one reason or another, the show will bring the National Parks to you.    I recommend it highly!
